WHAT PEOPLE SAY

IMG_7667.HEIC

"Spending time with like-minded mothers in a welcoming and safe space to support you and offer the chance to reflect on your transition to motherhood."

IMG_7740.HEIC

"It provides an opportunity to meet other mums and hear different stories, experiences and journeys around navigating motherhood in a comfortable home from home setting."

IMG_7736.HEIC

"It was a really helpful space to laugh and cry, support each other, and reflect on different aspects of the journey of motherhood. Babies were welcomed and enjoyed but the focus is on the mother, which was really refreshing. It was really nice to have an opportunity to check in with myself again."

What is the Fourth Trimester Check-In session?

The Fourth Trimester Check-in offers a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and connect—so you can leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more supported in those early weeks and months of motherhood. In this relaxed in-person session in Winchester, we’ll gently explore some of the big themes of new motherhood, including:

  • Your motherhood journey so far – space to reflect on how you are feeling, beyond the baby talk.

  • Self-care without guilt – small, realistic ways to look after yourself, even when time and energy feel scarce.

  • The emotional rollercoaster – normalising the highs and lows, and simple ways to find your calm on harder days.

  • Relationships and identity – how things shift when you become a parent, and how to feel more like yourself again.

  • Rest and recovery – little pockets of rest (and self-kindness) even when sleep is broken.

You’ll leave with practical tips, simple grounding tools, and the reassurance that you’re not alone in any of it.

What to expect

  • A friendly, informal setting at my home in Winchester where a hot drink and homemade snack will await you! There is plenty of space for you to move around, change nappies, feed and soothe your baby as often as you need to. You and your baby are always welcome as you are, and however you are feeling that day. I'm a mum of 3 little ones (+ my middle one had reflux) so no amount of crying phases me! I've been vomited on on multiple occasions in previous groups and we all had a laugh about it!  And please ask me for anything that you need to help you feel more comfortable. I have a fridge to store milk and can warm bottles for you.

  • Time to share, chat, and connect with other new mums who get it. No topic is off limits!

  • A gentle nudge to check in with your needs, not just the baby’s.

  • A short, calming relaxation to help you reset and recharge.

"I loved the opportunity to have such open and honest conversations with other mums, to normalise things that don’t get spoken about that often and also gain practical tips and guidance to support my transition into motherhood"

“I feel like you facilitate such a safe space, free of judgement, which is why those open conversations are just so valuable!”
