6 week block course (6 x 90 minutes) | £120

What is included?

  • 6 weekly postnatal wellbeing sessions, focusing on a different theme every week. Each session includes practical tips and simple exercises, and plenty of time for reflection and sharing (if you wish to), as well as addressing any issues you may be facing

  • A postnatal self-care plan which will evolve over the 6 week course

  • A postnatal toolbox to dip into on tougher days 

  • A summary pdf after each session

  • Useful links and tips in between sessions 

  • Support from me via phone and email throughout the 6 week block course 

What is covered?

A typical 6-week course might look like this (though each course is very much tailored to the group and what would best support you):

 

Week 1: Hellos and birth stories. How is your postnatal experience so far and what would best support you? 

 

Week 2: Self care and finding balance. Easy ways to feel like you again and refill your cup so you have more energy and resilience to care for your tiny human.

 

Week 3. Emotional recovery and wellbeing. Normalising the common feelings that might come up and simple techniques for dealing with more intense emotions like overwhelm and anxiety. 

 

Week 4: Physical recovery. A focus on physical healing and learning to appreciate our wonderful postpartum bodies. 

 

Week 5: Relationships and Intimacy. Tips for staying connected and restoring intimacy with your partner in the postpartum period. Addressing any relationship issue you may be facing - with your partner, other children, friends or family. 

 

Week 6: Mindful feeding and Rest. Simple approaches for a bonding feeding experience and for surviving the middle of the night feeds. How to get as much rest as possible and actually rest when the baby sleeps. 

**One-off sessions can be purchased at £30 per session**

Private Postnatal Wellbeing sessions 

Choose from The Postnatal Prep or The Postnatal MOT sessions. Available in person or online via Zoom: 

The Postnatal Prep sessions

3 Hours (2 x 90 minutes) | £155

Emotional and psychological preparation for the postpartum period. Bespoke session completely tailored to your needs, usually split into:

  • An antenatal session (90 minutes) to identify your needs and expectations for the 4th trimester and prepare for this incredible transition. Includes a personalised Postnatal Wellbeing Plan and simple techniques to help you manage the tougher days, to practice in pregnancy. 

  • A Postnatal session (90 minutes) - A Postnatal 'MOT' session to reflect on your birth and postnatal experience so far + equip you with techniques and practical tips to help you make the most of the 4th trimester. Find out more 

Each session focuses on two topics of your choice, which may include:

The Postnatal MOT session(s)

90 minutes | £75

 

A bespoke session completely tailored to your needs - an ‘emotional MOT’ to check-in on your postpartum experience and simple techniques for getting through the tougher days and finding more joy in the rollercoaster ride that is motherhood!

A typical session might include discussing your birth (optional) and then reflecting on your postpartum experience, focusing on 2 of the below topics. Any topic of interest not included below can also be covered. The session also includes practical tips and simple techniques which form the basis for your personalised Postnatal Wellbeing Plan, which will be sent to you afterwards.

  • Self care and finding balance. Easy ways to feel like you again and refill your cup so you have more energy and resilience to care for your tiny human.

  • Emotional recovery and wellbeing. Normalising the common feelings that might come up and simple techniques for dealing with more intense emotions like overwhelm and anxiety.
