Refresher Hypnobirthing Course

A completely bespoke course for couples or mums who have done a hypnobirthing course before and are looking to refresh their memories on the principles and techniques of hypnobirthing before their next birth. Usually held at my home in Winchester.

What is included? 

• Initial phone consultation 

• 3-hour private hypnobirthing session completely tailored to your own needs. This may include:

  • Going over your previous birth experience

  • The physiology of birth and hormones: Recap 

  • The principles and techniques of hypnobirthing such as breathing and relaxations

  • A fear-release exercise to release any negatives from your previous birth or fears of upcoming birth

  • A lovely relaxation

  • Any specific antenatal information you need

• Ongoing support via email and phone right up to the birth of your baby

• Hypnobirthing MP3 pack (2 Relaxation scripts and Statements for a positive birth)

• A folder of course handouts
