Group Hypnobirthing Courses
in Winchester 

This Hypnobirthing Group Course is for pregnant women only. A great option if your birth partner isn't able (or keen!) to join*, if you're after a daytime course or if you feel more comfortable in a female environment.    
Prepare for a positive, calm and informed birth experience, whatever that looks like for you. 

*Optional 'Birth Partner Prep' session available (1 hour on Zoom, £69). 

Hypnobirthing Group Course (women only)

How will the Hypnobirthing group course prepare you for birth?​

  • Release any fears or negativity that you have around birth and actually feel excited about giving birth! 

  • Remain relaxed, calm and in control during your birth experience with a toolbox of relaxation techniques 

  • Feel prepared, know your options and make informed decisions - even if things don't go to plan!

  • Feel equipped to navigate the NHS maternity services to create the best possible experience for you and your baby 

  • Meet other mums-to-be due at around the same time as you in a relaxed, small group setting - Great support (and fun!) in the early days of motherhood and well beyond



What do you get?

  • Group course covering the key hypnobirthing knowledge and techniques to help you feel calm, prepared and in control of your birth. 

  • Meet other mums-to-be due at around the same time in a relaxed environment at my home in St Cross, Winchester. Expect a cosy fire in the winter and lots of snacks! 

  • Ongoing support via email and phone throughout pregnancy and following your baby' s birth 

  • Two Hypnobirthing relaxation tracks 

  • The Positive Birthing & Parenting Course workbook, full of handy checklists & practical tips for labour
